"SEVA design build" was born from the desire to provide quality “turn-key” projects. Our “design first” philosophy allows us to combine the best possible design solution with the highest level of construction quality.

The Reason

Historically, Architects played a vital role in the construction process. 

They worked hand and hand with the craftsman. They developed the details and ensured that they were not sacrificed for ease of construction.

Over the past thirty years, Architects have become more and more removed from the construction process, which has left the interpretation of the design intent in the hands of the contractors.

Our company model has put the decision making and control of the project back into the hands of the Architect. Every decision that is made always respects the original concept. We are very proud of our residences, each original while complementing our clients' taste and visions.

We listen to their desires, their needs, and their ideas. We ask questions that help give us direction in the design process. We find out how they sleep, how they entertain, how their family spends time, do they like formal spaces or more open informal atmospheres?

Because we listen, we are able to find the best design solutions to fit into each clients' budget. We also strive to seamlessly blend the existing with the new; so that upon completion, the new work looks as if it has always been there.
